Refunds

Who handles refunds
Skeme: Teacher Planner is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple takes the payment, holds your payment details and manages the transaction from end to end. Refunds are therefore handled by Apple, not by us — we have no ability to issue one, and no access to your payment details or purchase history.
How to request a refund
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought the subscription with. Choose the purchase, then choose the option to request a refund. Apple decides the outcome; we are not party to it and cannot appeal it on your behalf.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling a subscription stops it renewing. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends. See Subscriptions and refunds on our support page for how cancellation works.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe you are entitled to a refund and Apple has declined one, contact us at support@skeme.app and tell us what happened — we cannot issue the refund ourselves, but we would rather know.
If something is wrong with the app
If Skeme is not working as it should, please tell us before asking for a refund. Most problems are fixable, and we would rather fix them. Get in touch.
